Simple Woman's Daybook

Outside my window...It is calm and cloudy, morning is breaking through.
I am thinking...of all the things I have to do today including spending time with my kids. Sometimes its so hard to juggle everything and make everyone happy.
I am thankful for...my kids, my parents, my friends, my sister and life in general. No matter how hard things may get I still love life!
From the learning rooms...(if this applies)
From the kitchen...I made a delicious home made pesto sauce yesterday with fresh basil from my dad's and my garden.
I am wearing...Tank top and pajama pants
I am creating...a new lifestyle and a new budget hoping to dig myself out of the hole that I have created.
I am going...to clean today and do bead crafts and learning workwheets with my daughter and maybe watch a movie with my son.
I am reading...the first book in the True Blood series.
I am hoping...that my plan works out and that I finally accomplish the goal I have been striving for all my life. Don't know where it will bring me but happiness, security for my children and peace of mind is the key.
I am hearing...babbling and laughing from the baby that I babysit for.
Around the house...MESS!!!! Mostly the kids' stuff. I have to be more persistent with telling them to pick up after themselves.
One of my favorite things...Quiet, me time.
A few plans for the rest of the week:Plan some outings for next week, figure out the budget, continue with my new obsession which is throwing everything out that I don't need.
Here is picture for thought I am sharing...(add your picture here)
When life was so much more simple and happy. A frame of mind and a place I would like to be again.
