Saturday Nine

Saturday 9: Superstition

1. What are you superstitious about?
Shoes on the table; they say it brings bad luck.

2. What’s the story behind one of your scars?
13 years old, rollerskating and fell then went to a friends house right after and fell again, shattered my entire elbow joint.  Needed emergency surgery to put three screws and a wire in my arm....by the way this happened on Mother's Day.  Needless to say my mother was not too happy with me.

3. What are three things that you would rather be doing right now?
Lying on a beach under the moonlight, out dancing with friends, worry free.
4. What do you do when you're bored?
Draw,Computer, puzzles, read and sometimes just sleep.

5. What's your favorite thing to do? Why?
Draw because it relaxes me and I can lose myself in that world for a while.
6. What do you do when you're lonely?
Call a friend, go out with a friend for coffee or call my parents.
7. How do you measure the passing of time in life?
Time is so valuable, I learned that early on in my life.  You never know when it is your time to move on.  I believe that you should live every minute to the fullest and create memories that will last in others minds forever.  That is all they will have left of you so you should make them wonderful so that when they look back it puts a smile on their faces.

8. What would constitute "the perfectly lived day" for you?
Sleep late but not sleep the day away, wake up in a beautiful hotel room on a tropical island, have breakfast and a mamosa (haven't had one in years), then just walk out from my hotel room onto the most beautiful beach in the world.  I would spend the rest of the day at the beach and have a romantic moonlit evening still on the beach with that special person in my life.
9. If you knew you were going to die in a year, what would you do in your final days?
Try to fulfill the perfectly lived day mentioned above, spend as much time, build as many memories and teach my children everything I possibly can.  Take loads of pictures and videos.  Tell all the people that I truly love how much I really do love them.
