My son and my nephew a few years ago. They are like brothers, they spend every moment they can together. They get along great and love being with each other. They have grown so much since then, now one is a teenager and one is only about 2 years from being a teenager. But when they see each other, they are still close.

This was my baby girl's first real haircut. She had it trimmed about 1/8 of an inch about a year before this but this was the first big one. I explained to her what donating her hair meant and she was so happy to do it. She donated it to Locks for Love. She was so proud and is still so proud to this day to say that she was able to help a child who was sick. She can be very cooky and cranky, nasty and opinionated at times but deep inside she is a sweet girl with a really big heart.

This is my baby girl only a week old in this pic.  It is a fond memory for me because of the position of her lips.  She never used a pacifier and instead always did this thing with her mouth.  She never stopped and now at seven does the same thing while making the sound onion.  I guess she did it in place of the pacifier and it always did and still calms her when she is upset or goes to sleep.  I miss those days of my baby so much!!
